Triples with object This was a single vote on an interim report calling for dialogue between this EU institutions to coordinate a compensation scheme for victims of hazardous and noxious substance spilling at sea. It seeks to protect coastal communities and fishing communities beyond the liability limits of the ship owner which is an important development. It was for these reasons that I voted in favour of this report.
