Triples with object This motion for a resolution calls for the EU to provide access to education for children in emergency situations. This motion for a resolution is in light of certain situations such as the Syrian civil war, which has completely demolished infrastructure in the region and has left children without education. The EU perceives this lack of education infrastructure to be a thriving ground for extremism; therefore the motion is calling for funding and an action plan for the situation. Even though we agree that education is important for children in emergency situations we do not feel it is within the remit of the EU to do this.
