Triples with object I welcome this agreement which will allow EU citizens and citizens of participating countries to travel to the EU or the participating country without a visa for stays of 90 days or less. The agreement on the short-stay visa waiver programme takes into account the situation of Member States that are not part of Schengen such as the UK and Ireland.
