Triples with object I voted in favour of this report which proposes that the Parliament should give a favourable opinion on the Council implementing decision approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market and Eurojust. I am confident that such a memorandum will improve the functioning of both Eurojust and of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market.
