Triples with object I voted in favour of this Agreement as it will greatly add to the development of scientific progress and the exchange of knowledge and ideas between the EU and the Faroe Islands. This Agreement allows for closer cooperation with the Faroes in the area of research and innovation and provides the Faroes with the possibility of benefiting from and contributing to the development of research and innovation in Europe.
