lpv:spoken text	"This report came to a vote after a very long process of deliberation in the European Parliament. I am happy that the text that came before the Plenary this time no longer contains any mention of opening access to the market of port services, which was deleted thanks to pressure amendments co-signed by Sinn Féin. The report now is only concerned with organisation, the transparency of accounts, training and safety for workers. Further amendments I supported the first time this came before plenary will result in strengthened social and labour protection and will prevent action being taken against collective industrial action (i.e. strikes) on the basis that they disrupt port services. For these reasons I voted in favour of the report, which will now progress towards inter-institutional negotiations."@en1
