lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this resolution which would build on the existing free trade area covered by the Euro-Mediterranean Association Agreement signed some 20 years ago. The now proposed ‘Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement’ would widen the scope to cover technical barriers to trade, investment protection, public procurement and competition policy, liberalisation of trade in services and trade in agriculture. Specifically I am disappointed that the resolution does not make any reference to re-discussing Tunisia’s debt or the real participation of Tunisian civil society and trade unions in the negotiation process. For these reasons I voted against the resolution."@en1
