"This report recognises that due to high levels of youth unemployment in many parts of Europe innovative measures need to be taken to bridge the growing skills mismatch, something which the UK government has recognised since 2010. I welcome this report’s call for promotion of best practices and its support for the inclusion of young people with disabilities in education and employment. Importantly this report also clearly recognises the principle of subsidiarity. For all of these reasons I am happy to support this report."@en1
