lpv:spoken text	"Well, I am a grateful for someone who is honest and who actually says that small businesses will insist on CESL and impose it on consumers. But I do not think that the issue of consumer rights is probably the biggest obstacle to cross-border trade. I suspect it is an issue of language. Consumers will not use a website in another country unless it talks to them in their own language, and I would have thought that businesses that want to sell to consumers across the EU have to have websites in 24 different languages. I suspect that language is the biggest single obstacle to cross-border selling."@en1
