lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report as it reflects yet another example of an EU attempt to grab sovereign prerogatives of the nations in the region of the South Pacific. The EU is usurping the right to decide on matters which should remain in the hands of poor communities perfectly capable of managing their fishing and maritime preservation. Poorer nations from the South Pacific should keep the right to use their fishery resources freely to retain their independence and avoid the risk of massive emigration."@en1
