lpv:spoken text	"I welcome Mr Liese’s report on the inclusion of aviation in the European Emissions Trading System. The Parliament needs to make clear its commitment to combating climate change and introduce ambitious environmental legislation. The decisions reached in discussions with the Council appear to move in the right direction. 15% auctioning for aviation emissions with a view to increase this in 2013 appears a satisfactory compromise. While I support the report’s recommendations, the Parliament must continue to be ambitious in setting targets for aviation emissions in the EU ETS and look ahead to building upon Mr Liese’s proposals for the general review of the ETS. I voted in favour of the report."@en1
