"I voted in favour of the Annual Report of the Committee on Petitions 2015. This report serves two purposes - to give an account of the committee’s work over the past year, and to put forward a resolution on the political and practical lessons learned. Several of my constituents in Wales have presented petitions, as I have done myself. The effective participation of citizens is vital for any democracy."@en1
