It is a motion that is a means to promote innovation and access to help technologies in this important area of public health. A review of existing regulations on paediatric medicines will prove central to further developments, thus inducing a new phase of scientific and regulatory dialogue and cooperation in this domain. We must therefore continue in our efforts to incentivise the market, reinforcing the extent of our commitment, whilst identifying current obstacles and the public health impact of continuing innovation in this area. Like most MEPs, I welcome this resolution and its passing here today."@en1
