lpv:spoken text	"The report adopted responds to a rising challenge of price volatility in agricultural markets which undermines the livelihoods of many farmers, particularly tenants and smallholders, and can potentially threaten food security in the EU and beyond. The report offers a balanced view, critically assessing low effectiveness of traditional CAP market intervention tools, while instead advocating stronger emphasis on improvement of farmers’ terms of trade, their position in the food supply chain, contractual relations with retailers and availability of risk management tools. For this broad and inclusive policy view, I voted in favour of the report."@en1
