lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report because despite there being a strong need for updated tools to cope with volatility in agricultural markets, this report falls on the wrong side. It places an over—reliance on competitiveness, reliance on third markets, liberalisation, mutual funds and insurance tools – while ignoring that it is the market orientation of CAP that has caused this problem. It denies where the problems are coming from and places private institutions at the heart of the solution. Finally, it talks about strengthening the position of producers in the food supply chain, despite the problem being that it has been farmers who have been the shock—absorbers in all of this."@en1
