"I believe all Members of the Court of Auditors should be both experts and politically neutral. The appointment of Juhan Parts is clearly a political appointment given his extremely pro-EU stance and work to bring Estonia into the EU. I have concerns over his ability to find and report errors and irregularities within EU finances so I therefore voted against."@en1
