lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this resolution, which accompanies the report granting consent to the EU—Uzbekistan Textiles Protocol. This resolution crucially allows us to highlight areas where we expect further improvement, increased monitoring and effective implementation. Amongst others, these include: the possibility to suspend the Protocol if the commitment to the abolition of forced labour is not lived up to; monitoring of developments in Uzbekistan and decision to organise a regular dialogue with the ILO, the Commission, the EEAS and other stakeholders aimed at the total eradication of forced labour in Uzbekistan; measures to encourages Uzbekistan to work towards the ratification and effectively implementation of all 27 GSP+ core international conventions, in order to be able to apply for GSP+ tariff preferences; a call on the Commission to submit to Parliament a legislative proposal for an effective traceability mechanism in the garment sector."@en1
