"Since the EP decided to withhold consent for this protocol in 2011, the Uzbek Government has slowly but surely cooperated with the EU and the ILO. The ILO has reported significant progress, including the abolition of forced child labour. There is still progress to be made, but the Uzbek government has made important strides in the right direction. I therefore voted to give consent to this protocol."@en1
