lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report which attempted to include the Uzbekistan’s textile industry in a pre-existing Partnership and Cooperation Agreement with the EU. In 2011, the European Parliament refused to give its consent to the Commission’s proposal to include it due to evidence of systematic use of child labour in cotton harvesting related to the industry. Despite widespread reporting that child labour is still a problem in the industry by leading human rights NGOs, such as Human Rights Watch, the Commission thought it appropriate to include it. I fundamentally disagreed so voted against."@en1
