lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of these reforms, which make the European Parliament more transparent, efficient and ready to listen to European citizens. The proposals, which were drawn up by a working group including all political Groups, will increase public visibility of important legislative votes, as they will ban committees from embarking on negotiations with other institutions without this being accepted by Parliament as a whole. The report also includes measures to enable Groups to propose current affairs debates, tougher penalties for racist and defamatory language or behaviour, and provisions for implementing the 13 April 2016 Interinstitutional Agreement on Better Law-Making."@en1
