I support this resolution due to the sheer number of over a billion people living without electricity as this can have an effect on health, safety and education. I support this notion because access to energy can be seen as a key feature for development as well as having sustainable modern energy contributing to the present environmental issues, as firewood and charcoal currently dominate Africa’s energy consumption."@en1
