I have supported an increase in the EU budget to enable us to act on climate change, build a truly sustainable economy and deal with the crises that face us. This is a missed opportunity. The final deal is very different from the original position of Parliament and I do not believe it is a good agreement for my constituents in Wales. If we say we are going to tackle climate change we must have the resources to do so."@en1
