lpv:spoken text	"Today I voted in favour of mobilising the EU Solidarity Fund to provide for payment of advances in the 2017 budget. On 30 June 2016 the Commission put forward a proposal to mobilise the EU Solidarity Fund for a total amount of EUR 50 million (in both commitment and payment appropriations). The proposal is not linked to a specific disaster. Instead, it aims at entering [this amount] into the general budget of the Union for 2017 in order to enable a timely and efficient reaction in the event of a disaster occurring next year. This report is therefore directly linked to the agreement on the 2017 EU Budget as a whole."@en1
