I am supporting the aid proposal which favours budgeting outside the corresponding multiannual financial framework (MFF) ceiling regulation of expenditure (0.6% of GNI or EUR 3 billion). I also support the notion in the 2016 budget of increasing assistance to Member States in the event of a major natural disaster with serious repercussions on living conditions, the natural environment or the economy, both in commitment and in payment appropriations."@en1
