lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the VAT report given it is a crucial instrument to address the loss of EUR 170 billion through the so-called ‘VAT gap’ each year. I welcome that the report provides for a review of the goods and services eligible for reduced rates, allowing the UK Government to bring an end to the sanitary tax and other unfair taxes. It moreover is important to reinforce help for small and micro-businesses in the UK by calling for a reintroduction of a VAT threshold."@en1
