"I voted in favour of this report on strategic communication to counteract anti-EU propaganda by third parties. Cyber warfare is increasingly used in several countries together with restrictions on the freedoms of independent media and civil society. This is unacceptable to the people in Wales that I represent who value the freedom of the press. We have been all too aware in the past year what a huge impact disinformation and misinformation campaigns can have on our society."@en1
