"I voted against this report on the emissions of atmospheric pollutants. This aim of the report was to establish new national emission reduction commitments from 2020 and 2030 but it was weakened to the extent that I couldn’t support it. Methane was completely removed from the text, and the 2025 target was made non-binding. I want better measures to protect my constituents and their environment in Wales."@en1
