lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, this is been a very interesting and also a very necessary debate. There has been virtual unanimity that we need to do something in the interest of citizens to establish fairer play for everybody. Citizens feel that governments, democracy, are not serving them at this point in time. In the whole area of tax collection there is obviously a misfit, with citizens paying every single penny and powerful individuals and companies often not paying at all. Even worse, money goes to money laundering and financing terrorist activities. So obviously, as has been said, there is need for a central register, there is need for transparency, there is need for country-by-country reporting, and this is a necessary first step to ensure that there is fair play for everybody."@en1
