lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this important vote which calls on the Member States to vote in favour of a UN General Assembly resolution today which will trigger work on a new treaty banning all nuclear weapons. It also refers to the withdrawal of all tactical nuclear weapons from Europe, the need to establish a nuclear-free zone in Europe and to continue working on the conference leading to a Middle East free of weapons of mass destruction. It criticises the modernisation of nuclear arsenals. As someone who has long campaigned against nuclear weapons and supported a nuclear-free Wales, I was delighted this report was adopted."@en1
