lpv:spoken text	"I voted for a European Parliament resolution on improving the connection and accessibility of the transport infrastructure in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). To date, most of the transport infrastructure projects planned to be financed by the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) are found in Western Europe. This report aims to address that imbalance, by stating that capacity building and technical assistance is required; and that the Commission should encourage investors to support project platforms that focus on CEE transport infrastructure projects."@en1
