Positive aspects include support for the mandatory labelling of conflict-related goods, national responsibility for corporate activity in third countries, national responsibility to rectify or remedy human rights violations in their territory, an acknowledgement of the differences facing SMEs and multinational corporations, restrictions on dual use products and a consistent recognition of the principle of subsidiarity."@en1
