lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the report, which addresses challenges linked to migration in third countries and focuses on the respect of their human rights, such as children’s and women’s rights, non-discrimination, LGBTI rights, right to work. The report makes a clear distinction between migrants, asylum-seekers and refugees. The report focuses particularly on problems linked to statelessness of migrants and on humanitarian conditions in of origin and transit countries. The rapporteur makes clear recommendations, suggesting reintegration programmes for migrants returning to countries of origin, safe and legal migration channels and improving ‘hot spots’ at EU external borders ."@en1
