lpv:spoken text	"I was very happy to support the report on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 as regards certain provisions relating to financial management for certain Member States experiencing or threatened with serious difficulties with respect to their financial stability. The proposal for a regulation amends the Common Provision Regulation of European Structural and Investment Funds, with the aim of increasing the co-financing rate for interim payments from 85% to 95% (top—up) for Greece and from 50% to 85% for Cyprus regarding funds from ERDF and ESF until both programmes close. I am happy that the Commission proposal is focused and neutral in terms of budget and will help to solve temporary liquidity problems faced by the two Member States. Thankfully, there is no impact on the MFF annual ceilings for commitments and payments."@en1
