"I supported this report because I believe that war crimes in Aleppo require urgent action, and my constituents in Wales demand no less. We have all seen the horrific images of attacks on hospitals, homes and even aid convoys. The EU must do everything possible to provide humanitarian aid and also use its influence internationally to bring these attacks to an end. There must be a return to the negotiating table."@en1
