"I have been debating on Syria for five years in this House and have changed my mind. It is clear now that we should have done an awful lot more at the beginning, but sadly that was not the case. Clearly, there is no good side in this horrible proxy civil war between Sunni and Syrian forces and war crimes have been committed on both sides, but Russia now takes the biscuit – it is beyond the pale, using bombings of aid convoys, hospitals, bunker-busting bombs on underground shelters against civilians. These are war crimes. Surely it is time to find ways to overcome the Russian veto in the Security Council by uniting for peace under Resolution 377. We cannot have Russia abuse its position in the Security Council to actually allow it to commit crimes and ..."@en1
