lpv:spoken text	"I voted for the report concerning trade in goods which could be used for capital punishment, torture, or other cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment. There are currently many loopholes in international trade export controls which allow the movement of these goods. Amnesty International and other NGOs have been very supportive of this report, and it is a major step forward in tackling the problem. It is important to my constituents in Wales that we try protect the human rights of all people."@en1
