lpv:spoken text	"I support the use of the European Union Solidarity Fund (EUSF) to provide financial assistance to Greece following the earthquake that affected the Ionian Islands in November 2015. The earthquake reached a magnitude of 6.1 on the Richter scale. Two people lost their lives, eight were wounded and 120 housing units were damaged, of which 20 were considered unsuitable for living. Extensive damage to infrastructure networks, buildings and cultural sites was reported. Some of the most important beaches in terms of tourism were destroyed on Lefkada. The proposed mobilisation would not require an amendment to the 2016 budget and a draft amending budget. Providing financial assistance in this regard would undoubtedly strengthen European Solidarity whilst also providing humanitarian and administrative aid."@en1
