lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, the partnership between the EU and ACP countries is an important vehicle for sustainable development and I would like to thank my colleagues who truly understand this. We all know that the future belongs to young people and that is why it is important for me to highlight the participation and empowerment of children and young people when we talk about the future of ACP-EU relations and sustainability. Article 26 of the Cotonou Agreement stipulates that our cooperation must support youth, releasing their potential. I would like to see such a commitment strengthened post 2020, with ambitious new initiatives and monitoring structures. We need to share best practice and empower civil society networks like the ACP Young Professionals Network, with whom I have had the great pleasure of working."@en1
