lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report. This proposed regulation is essentially a deportation charter. The focus of the proposal is to create a common EU travel document, to be issued only to third-country nationals who are in the EU ‘illegally’, for the sole purpose of deportation. This EU deportation passport would be uniform and mandatory for Member States to use. It would be printed only in an EU or one third-country language, so most of the people affected by it would not be able to read it. The document would specify ‘distinguishing features’ and would contain personal data, and the system would be managed by EURODAC and the Schengen Information Service. Recognition of this deportation document would also be a prerequisite for any third-country migration/asylum cooperation with the EU. For the above reasons, I voted against the proposal."@en1
