We have received reassurances by the Commission concerning the strengthening of the monitoring structures and civil society involvement in the implementation phase. SADC EPA includes a trade and sustainable development (TSD) chapter. The agreement is based on Cotonou Agreement’s provisions on human rights, democracy and good governance."@en1
