lpv:spoken text	"In the interests of transparency and democracy I would like to confirm I voted against this report. For decades we have been throwing money at Africa to solve its problems. Due to the political nature of Africa there is no control how this money is spent in countries ravaged by dictators and corruption. It would be cynical to suggest that the EU wants to pump more money into projects in Africa to influence political participation and governance. I believe that trade not aid is the answer. Let´s use this money positively through education and training. Give a man a fish he eats for a night, teach a man how to fish and he can eat for a lifetime."@en1
