lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this resolution on a revision of the current MFF, which was agreed on in 2013 and reflected the priorities of the Union at the time of adoption. A post-electoral revision clause was requested by the European Parliament to give the new Commission and the newly elected Parliament the opportunity of reconfirming and reassessing the EU’s political and budgetary priorities by adjusting the MFF accordingly. As the EU continues to face future challenges which were not foreseen when the MFF was initially approved in 2013, I fully agree that the EU’s financing priorities have changed over the past three years and the MFF must be updated to reflect this change."@en1
