It is a 20-page document called the Alternative Trade Mandate and it says trade should be about exchange with ecologically and culturally distinct regions, equitably sharing their product skills and creativity. This document was produced in 2014 and was welcomed by this Parliament before I was elected. It was put together through consultation with more than 50 civil society organisations, including trade unions, and I believe you need to return to that document. Many of us endorsed it during our election campaigns and many more have come to use its messages and continue to work with the organisations that supported it, so I urge you to return to the document and try and uphold those principles."@en1
