"Mr President, I think, having been involved in COP 21 in Paris last year it was a wonderful occasion – the first time ever we have had a global agreement, probably in anything. So all countries are now moving to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and keep the temperature of global warming below 2 degrees, moving to 1.5 degrees. And every facet of human activity has to come into that. Energy efficiency is a key area and I think a lot more can be done and I am glad now we are getting down to the details on it. We have our targets but now we are getting down to the details, especially in bringing consumers with us who want to make a contribution, who want to save the planet and want, obviously, to reduce their bills. The idea of anything with an A attached to it means it is the best, whether it is A+ or A++, that is only a detail. I think moving to the new classification makes far more sense and will be far simpler for consumers, which they will appreciate and will help us reach those targets which is so vital. Well done to everybody."@en1
