lpv:spoken text	"This Joint Motion for Resolution condemns the Commission for its failure to comply with its obligations in the biocides regulation. It calls on the commission to come forward with the criteria which the commission has already stated that it will do this month. By way of background information, endocrine disrupting chemicals are mostly man-made substances which are found in various products such as pesticides, plastics and other consumer products. They are strongly linked to hormone-related diseases/conditions and cancers such as breast cancer or testicular cancer. It was for these reasons that I voted in favour of this Joint Motion for Resolution."@en1
