lpv:spoken text	"I supported this legislative resolution on the draft Council decision on the conclusion, on behalf of the Union, of the Framework Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation between the European Union and its Member States in light of the recommendations expressed in the previous motion for a non-legislative resolution. In the previous resolution, it outlined areas where the Philippine government achieved progress such as in corruption and labour rights. Likewise, the previous resolution outlined areas of concern where the Philippine government needs to make progress, e.g. severe human rights violations by the Philippine military in the conduct of counter-insurgency measures."@en1
