Parliament has today agreed the mandate of the Committee of Inquiry into this scandal. I welcome the opportunity for us to raise the importance of the exchange of tax information between Member States, and to better understand the measures needed to tackle tax avoidance. We have a duty to fight tax fraud and illegal activity and my constituents in Wales quite rightly demand this."@en1
