lpv:spoken text	"This report looks at the current level of EU contribution to peacekeeping and humanitarian operations, in particular in Africa, and the potential for further EU involvement. In particular, it calls for greater EU facilitation of Member State financial contributions to the UN and AU. Furthermore, it calls for increased use of Common Security and Defence Policy measures in these types of operations and more EU coordination of member state policies. Participation in and funding of humanitarian and peacekeeping operations should solely be the responsibility of independent states and the relevant international institutions. We are against current and further EU participation in issues related to defence and security."@en1
