lpv:spoken text	"I supported this report, which outlines that the United Nations is the main guarantor of international peace and security with over 120 000 personnel dispatched, a vast majority of which is serving in Africa. The deteriorating international environment influences significantly the very nature and operational requirements of these missions (counter-terrorism in particular). It reminds about the constraints, challenges and limitations related to such operations. Due to frequent multi-deployment of operations in the same theatre it calls for enhanced communication, planning, analysis of missions and coordination between regional and international actors as to achieve an effective division of labour and sufficient levels of added value."@en1
