lpv:spoken text	"This report looks at the current level of EU contribution to peacekeeping and humanitarian operations, in particular in Africa and the potential for further EU involvement. It calls for greater EU facilitation of Member State´s financial contributions to the UN and AU. It also calls for increased use of the Common Security and Defence Policy, ultimately a move towards a European Army. Participation in the funding of humanitarian and peacekeeping operations should solely be the responsibility of independent states and the relevant international institutions. I am against the current and further intervention by the European Union into the defence and security issues of the UK."@en1
